Can you please tell me the procedure for upfront medical ?

First, search for CIC panel physicians within my area on website. Second, make calls to know which one can do upfront medical. Third, make an appointment. And then send information sheet from the clinic to CIC. After around 2 weeks clinic uploaded e-medical to CIC system, ECAS will show medical received.

This is my personal experience.

For CEC, it will be Worker. To be on the safer side, please explain your situations/backgrounds to the clinic to make sure everything is on the track.

For clinic that has e-medical access, they will hand you over an information sheet with auto-generated UMI barcode. The clinic will upload results directly to CIC's e-medical database. You need to scan this and send to CIC via email. This is to link the medical result from clinic with your personal CEC details.

For clinic that has no e-medical access (paper babsed), once the results are out, I believe you would have to obtain those papers (medical report) and send them to CIC.

Requesting GCMS notes has no impact on the application.

It is good time to apply for GCMS notes for you. You get notes in 30 days so it is better to apply at the soonest.

No. I saw it in other "applicant months". They are saying no impact.

If you check the link sent before , you will see
Due Date: < 1 year from when the application was filed-AoR> ⇐deadline

My timeline:

Visa Office......: Sidney
NOC Code......: 2147
App. Received: 2014/10/14
AOR: received: 2015/02/16
primary Office: Transf to CPC-Ottawa - 2015/March
MR: wait

You should count 13 months from the time you have received the AoR because it is when they created your file.
We can confirm it in the GCMS since all the "Due Date" is 1 year after our AoR and not when they received our application.

Hi - regarding the Information sheet, should i scan and send the soft copies of the sheets or is it ok if i just mention the UMI barcode mentioned in the Information sheet.
