I am planning to pay both the processing and RPRF fee upfront. So $550 for her and $980 for the RPRF fee for both of us. Phew ! thts a lot of money

Hey, RPRF is the processing fee? and When do we pay it?

RPRF = Right to Permanent Residence Fee - is the fee paid either upfront or when requested by CIC to complete the PR Process = $490 per applicant

Processing Fee - is the fee paid to make a PR application for an eligible candidate. This could be at the very beginning when you send in your documents for the very first time to CIC or when you want to sponsor someone or add someone to your application, where you are the principal applicant = $550

I was wondering about our application status...

If the file was transferred to CPC-OT and they started the criminal check...
Can we say that they considered our file complete (without missing documents)?
I'm asking it since the eligibility phase didn't start yet (following GCMS info).

For some reason I can not post links.

Also, if we pay in advance the RPRF, it can be refunded if the application is refused for any reason?

In the June thread they are receiving feedbacks regarding the new process time... it will increase to 15 months, is it true? It will be available by web site (cic.gc.ca) next quarter.

"Please note :
Passports for you and all accompanying family members must be valid at the time of visa issuance. If your passports have expired or will be expiring within the next 6 months, we encourage you to apply for new passports as soon as possible. Do not submit passports until CIC requests them.

I just received my GCMS and there I could see an error...
I did IELTS and they added in my form as CELPIP...
What can I do to fix it since the CLB will be different between test Center.

I just received an email from Ottawa requesting my T4 for 2013 and 2014 (but I don't have any: how can I prove that I paid my taxes and got paid without them?), a notice of assessment (what is that?!?) and my police check from Israel...

I have 60 days to send the papers.

At least there are some movements!

I sent my application on October 14th, got my AOR sometime in mid February.

If you have registered on CRA account then log in to your CRA account. You will find notice of assessment there and all necessary info regarding tax returns in canada

I haven't registered to the online tax thing yet... I will call them tonight after work so they can send me my login number.

My big question is: in 2012 I was employed and my boss paid all the taxes to Revenue Canada himself. In 2013 and 2014 I had the same job, same contract, same visa but my boss decided that he no longer wanted to pay the taxes himself, so I had to pay them (which I did, of course. I am still paying for 2014 though). This means that I don't have a T4 for 2013 and 2014... I can probably give them the notice of assessments but how can I do regarding my T4? Not all the employers give them I suppose...?

To get into this management trainee program you have to either have a degree in mechanical engineering or business. So i would be good to just use the mechanical engineering NOC?

The reason I ask is that i'm thinking of applying through express entry as I read other posts saying that the processing times could be longer than 13 months. Its been over 9 months for me but my services3 just says we received your application on October 14th.

You must use the NOC specified in your work permit visa.
