Your AOR is 10 days before mine, but according to IRCC, my eligibility hasn't even started yet, but they have completed my Security and Criminality. Mine doesn't seem like it's following process at all haha.

I understand the PNP process is different than CEC. I think Security and Background is done before Eligibility. You sound pretty close!

Could not resist trying to call, and getting straight through with a call back seemed like a sign.
Agent said my file is going very smoothly. Security and Criminality were completed today (weird as I was told it hadn't been started and the portal says the same?).
He said the only thing left is my Info Sharing, which seemed odd as this was completed when I called in January. He did say this is pretty normal, and the next stage will be the portal email. Fingers crossed! And I pray for everyone else!!!
