MEP/BIL: 2022-12-02
GU1: 2022-12-02 (Medicals?)
GU2: 2023-01-25 (Background check changed to: Your application is in progress.)
GU3: 2023-02-07 (Background check changed to: We are processing your background check.)

Background check has changed from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.", too "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Praying for some positive news! Wishing all the November fam speedy approvals!

Nice!!! It means they really are processing your background check now! Hope I get changes too!

When I checked your timeline it's really almost the same as mine!

GU2: 2023-01-26 (RPRF Request + Paid on the same day. Changed after a day to Your application is in progress).

Literally identical! Do you have a dependent or single applicant? I have 1 inland dependent.

I know right! Dang hahaha some updates are just a day apart. I am a single applicant. I'm spamming my refresh button for possible GUs on my IRCC account (haha!)

Your AOR is 10 days before mine, but according to IRCC, my eligibility hasn't even started yet, but they have completed my Security and Criminality. Mine doesn't seem like it's following process at all haha.

Man, good for ya! My AOR is just a day after yours but I'm still on GU1 lol

I understand the PNP process is different than CEC. I think Security and Background is done before Eligibility. You sound pretty close!

Could not resist trying to call, and getting straight through with a call back seemed like a sign.
Agent said my file is going very smoothly. Security and Criminality were completed today (weird as I was told it hadn't been started and the portal says the same?).
He said the only thing left is my Info Sharing, which seemed odd as this was completed when I called in January. He did say this is pretty normal, and the next stage will be the portal email. Fingers crossed! And I pray for everyone else!!!
