Yep, that's mostly it! Once you get the portal credentials, you will need to:
- Submit a declaration that you're currently in Canada (it's literally a check box, no big deal)
- Provide your mailing address and a photo for the PR card
The next step is for them to review your declaration and generate the eCOPR. This will be a file you'll download from the PR portal. It won't be mailed.
Then, someone will review and either approve or reject your photo for the PR card. If they approve it, you'll get the card in the mail. If they reject it, you'll need to supply another.
