I received the portal confirmation email and my outland dependent got the same email instead of ready for visa/PPR email. Did anyone faced this issue and can someone help on how to go about it? What should I do?

My tracker got updated today saying completed for eligibility, medical and BG. Dependents medical and BG completed, eligibility not started (i dont know if they check dependent’s eligibility). no email yet though!!

Even I am waiting for an email to update my address. On the website it says if pgwp expiring after 2 Oct, you have to update address by 10th Oct but there’s no email from IRCC regarding how to update!!
