My medical passed in Jun 12, 2018, and since that time it shows that " we are processing your background check" it has been more than 40 days but still it shows this can anyone help me for that I am to say any idea what is going on right now.

Hey guys, what’s the best time to call CIC within Canada? I have tried 12pm CST but it never works. The call ends with the message we are experiencing high volume and cannot transfer your call to an agent. This happens after hearing my status through an automated system. (posting this on multiple threads)

Same here buddy stuck there for more than 4.5 months passed medical on 10 April since then no update.

AOR March 1st, I called CIC last week and the officer told my I have passed Medical and Criminality, my Eligibility is under review and once is passed my security starts!
