I am in Ontario, but I think this time call connected in somewhere in Quebec, because the agent started speaking french, but then we started a conversation in English.
I called IRCC 3 times, but when I did my first call, I requested a lot from that agent to give me my status, agent was keep saying to me, we cannot give an update due to the Afghanistan crisis, but I said I don't have any update about my application, I cannot see anything on my portal and it's been more than 3 months, finally agent gave me some updates. The other 2 calls are easy they didn't say anything about Afganisthan and gave my status directly.
I usually called around between 1 pm to 3 pm.
