Okay I think I got a false GU today. I logged in and it said "Application/Profile Updated" but it had no change. At all. Then I remembered that there was a glitch in the system from yesterday. Most likely that.
Well, there are people waiting for even basic application review since 2020, there are people waiting for a FSW draw since beginning of this year so yeah IRCC is messed up. No two questions about it. Canada's immigration system is bad but others are worse. US is really really bad. UK is messed up. Australia has issues.
Tried calling IRCC Customer Support and got this message today from the automated system.
"Unable to find the application with the details given at this time"
Anyone can help me understand this message?

Same here!!! I don't know what IRCC is doing and when will they clear the backlog
Ircc system was down today so I don’t think there was any update… ghost updates but those were because of system maintenanceany updates for today?

I have a representative for my PR application.
I was going to apply for my bridging open work permit while waiting for the PR decision. My consultant stated that I can apply for the bridging open work permit online in the same MyCIC Account and can apply any day up to the date of expiry of my current permit. Once submitted, I’ll have implied status as a worker in Canada until I receive a decision on the bridging open work permit application.
As I was going through the application process, it mentioned on the website that I’ll get a letter(WP-EXT except PGWP) that proves that I can keep working. Need some advise. Thank you.
