Congratulations to all those who received Portal email. I am just wondering why my eligibility has not passed yet. Its still showing "we are reviewing your eligibility". Those who received portal email, did it change before receiving the email?

my portal got hanged for few minutes, it shows me fake GU's. is anything same happen with someone else?

That is a technical issue which is going on since yesterday. ignore this GU in the count.
