11/06/2016 Appears to meet R10 Education Criteria

14/06/2016 Education documents Reviewed, R10 ok.

18/06/2016 R10 Police Certificates R10 ok. Request letter sent for RCMP fingerprints for PA all other required Police Certificates on file. Criminality decision pending until outstanding PC for PA received.

Family compositions, medicals, passport---all details seem complete. Under exerience they detail all my work history in Canada and their checks and confirmation of reference letter and full time employment under correspoding NOCs for 2 years of Canadian Experience.

I have sent and received acknowledgements for RCMP and US FBI PCC on September 3.

Background in Progress since September (not sure if first or second time)

Yes my BG check went in progress twice, once in June and then in September.
Got request for RCMP Check and sent on September 3.

Hi All

We have filled express entry - FSW Inland with LIMA category..
Our timelines are as follow :

EE Profile created : August 05
ITA Received : August 10
EE Submitted : August 24
AOR received : August 26
Medicals Passed : September 04
BG check Went "In progress" : September 24
RCMP Certificate requested : October 04

We went for same on October 04 and today when i checked by RCMP they said same is already cleared and dispatched oct 04.. Now we are waiting for Canada post to deliver same..

Anyone in same situation? Anyone know how long does it take from RCMP to PR? Or its just additional document?

We have submitted RRPF upfront only

I submitted my e-APR on Sept 22 (close to 3 weeks now) and so far, there has been no updates on my profile.
Everything is still 'Not yet started' or 'Not needed at this time'
Is this normal? I have been reading the forum and have seen applicants whose medical got switched to 'pass' only a few days after submitting their e=APR.
So I'm kinda worried if there is something that i am missing.

I did an upfront medical and the clinic mentioned that the results have been submitted to CIC, I am doubtful of this however but I understand that there is actually no way to check if the medical results have indeed reached CIC.

Its 6 months for the country you currently live in.
So if you are Resident of Canada, RCMP should be valid for 6 months for CIC purpose (based on how they treat other PCCs)
If you are not a Resident of Canada, RCMP report should be after the last day you were resident in Canada (based on how they treat other PCCs)

Hi all,

I got an email from cic today regarding PPR. My concern is that the email was sent to my university email Id and not the email id that is linked to mycic account. It might be because in the past I used my university email id to submit my work permit application. Is it normal?
