Hi all, I got an email from cic today regarding PPR. My concern is that the email was sent to my university email Id and not the email id that is linked to mycic account. It might be because in the past I used my university email id to submit my work permit application. Is it normal?

I ordered mine on July 11, 2016 and have not received anything yet either. I think its probably a normal delay.
