I do believe that inland applications whether it is FSW, CEC or PNP takes more time than other outland applicantions. If you see the mid year report by CIC, 85% of the EE invitees already are in Canada. Considering the refugee intake process, the inland applications tend to move slow. However most of the applicants are getting PR within 4-5 months and very few exceptional cases have gone beyond 6 months. 4-5 months is still very good considering there are other unfortunate applicants who are waiting for more than 15 months.
