CEC Inland-PGWP expires-BOWP or OWP under spouse

Dear All, I got ITA and submitted the applications with documents. I am PGWP holder which will expire on October 15 . Now I can apply for OWP as my wife is an international student here. I know I can apply for BOWP but my concern is there is always if in PR. So What is your best advice? Will it be any problem if I apply for OWP (looks safer option ) .TIA

You can apply for OWP with your ITA. No worries.
