How long could criminality & security check take?

Ive been trying to call ircc but couldnt connect. i dont think agent will tell how long they could take
but if your PCC is clear does it take a long time?

i just dont get why it would take so long...is there a timeframe or have nothing to do with PCC being clear?

Ive heard of someone who passed all three (cec inland) but took months for final decision.. what is done here?? is this person telling the truth?

i just have massive anxiety as I am grieving over family members' passing and financial issues. please adv.

well, they are working but on new applications 2021 as you see and hear in different forums, they do not put us on priority, not sure why????
