CEC express entry apply from india (POF)

Hello guys,
I will be finishing my 1 year work in Canada on 31 oct 2018 and my work permit ends 8 th nov 2018 ,so ill be leaving Canada to attend my sisters wedding and, will be applying Express entry PR under CEC(experience calss) from India. so , will i'll be required to show Proof OF Funds ? is there any other solution for my situation here ?.

You don't have to provide POF if you are selected under CEC.

Have you created the EE profile or are you at a stage of submitting your PR application post the ITA ?

Do you know that you can apply for BOWP(Bridge open work permit) and come back to Canada if you have a valid TRV? POF is not a requirement for CEC applicants.

You can only apply for a BOWP if you have 4 months or less remaining on your work permit expiry.

However if you claim points for having a valid Job here in Canada and an LMIA for arranged employment then you would need to show proof that you would still possess a 1 year valid job offer from your employer after receiving PR.

Ok kool, so what I am aware,at the time of creating the EE profile you have to conform to the proof of funds requirements, you have to mention the requirement amount as per minimum funds are required to be shown. Don't show $0, else your profile will become in eligible.

Once EE profile is submitted system will generate whether you meet FSW or CEC criteria.

Once you receive ITA, and you are ready to submit your PR application(e-APR), there you create a Letter of Explanation, mentioning since you are a CEC, you are not required to provide the PoF.
