Hello, I have more than 1 year of Canadian experience and recently got invitation from ON for PNP. Interms of the getting the experience letter, my company is not willing to add the section where guarantees my job a year after getting PR. This might have some legal consequences and thus not willing to add the same. It seems like having that clause is required for CEC and would like to seek any guidance and help here on how to deal with the situation.

thanks a lot in advance

Can you point to the web page which says that the employer has to mention that you will continue with the same job for an year after getting PR? I think it was applicable only when you claim that you have job offer. Job offer implies that you have LMIA or closed work permit.
In my opinion, if you have 1 year Canadian experience, then you only need experience letter from your employer.

I am currently on work permit (LMIA exempt) and claiming the job offer for my 1 year of experience. I got the experience letter but the company is not willing to add the "have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa" in the same and looking for some guidance on the best way to handle the same

I guess you are confused with LMIA exempt work permit. There is nothing like LMIA exempt work permit. You can either have open work permit, closed work permit or post graduate work permit. PGWP is kind of open work permit, but issued after completion of studies in Canada. Does your work permit have employer's name in it?
If you have open work permit or pgwp, then you will not be considered for arranged job offer category.
That does not mean you are not eligible. If you have 1 year of Canadian experience, then you can use experience letter from the company. Your employer might provide you duties and responsibilities letter which states your day-to-day activities. You can also use job description from LinkedIn or Indeed through which you applied for this job, as employment reference letter. There must be email from the vendor or HR showing invitation for telephonic or face-to-face interview, etc.

Does your job fit any of the criteria in LMIA exempt category?

Hi, Mine is on closed work permit (valid till 12 Dec 2021) and my NOC is 2174. I am getting all the required letters from my company but as per one of the clause to be considered under CEC, the company is not willing to add point where it states my role will be valid 1 year after getting PR.

Will that be a concern if the same is not specified in the experience letter. If yes, how can I address the same.

Now, it makes sense. You have closed work permit. Usually, service sector companies deny giving such letter because the position is dependent on client project duration. I am assuming that yours is company transfer.
I am not sure whether it will be a concern, however if it is mentioned as a prerequisite then you need to provide that. Does the contract mention duration of the project?
You are applying for PNP which does not state this particular requirement requirement. I am referring to https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontarios-express-entry-human-capital-priorities-stream#section-3. I would suggest that you deal with it when you are applying for EE.

Yes mine is a product company and came to Canada via company transfer. Also my offer letter is not based on any specific term.
