CEC Employment letter

Hello everyone , This is my first post and the reason that I'm asking these questions is that for the past month I've been stressed really hard due to the fact that numerous people here have been rejected because of the employment letters so therefore I wanted to ask two questions in regards to the employment letter that we have to provide for the CEC express entry program.

1- I'm currently on my pgwp and am going to start looking for a job soon here in Canada and based on what I've read on this forum some express entry applicants were rejected because the employer refused to give them an employment letter which detailed the duties that was performed, so in order to eliminate this problem I thought that one solution would be to ask the employer to put the fact that I will be requiring an employment letter after 1 year of work, in the employment contract to make sure I will be issued one , Do you guys think that this is a viable solution or are there other means to achieve this or employers are required by law to issue the letter with main duties to us?

2- I've seen many people on this forum stating that the employment letter that they were given by the employer did not represent the a substantial amount of the NOC duties outlined in the website and therefore they were rejected, so my question is that during my job search should I first go to the CIC NOC website and then try to find a job based on the NOC duties and make sure the job satisfies 70 percent of them or I should just look for a NOC b a 0 job and then after a year and being issued an employment letter I should go to the noc website and try to find the correct one , In other words what im trying to ask is that In basic terms is there a NOC out there for every job in the world or some jobs just dont have any noc associated to them?

1. Why wouldn't the employer issue a employment letter. An employment letter is a reference letter and you have the rights to get one. If the employer says no, then there are other options such as getting one from your colleage, notarize it and include the email in which the employer says no to giving a reference letter.

2. You have to get the job first and find the correct NOC which matches your job. The employment letter should match at least 70% to the NOC that you mention.

Eh - many places have standard contracts and are likely to refuse to add this. Not a bad idea, but not likely to work, even if it doesn´t annoy. Your best insurance of receiving a letter is making sure your intended employer is a well-established, reputable organization that follows good practices and generally treats employees well. Depending on your credentials and experience, this may not always be easy, but it´s really sad when people accept survival jobs, get abused, and then get screwed for immigration too.

There are two different issues here. First - the duties may not match because the applicant chose the wrong NOC (or - really worked in a Level C occupation and was trying to fudge an NOC B job description to be eligible). Second, a lot of people write their own descriptions and give it to the boss to sign - and often do not understand the NOC in the first place, so they don´t do a good job.

Let´s not let the tail wag the dog. First, well-established, reputable employers usually have written job descriptions to screen job candidates. That´s a good thing. You should be able to judge the NOC from that.

The NOC system is designed to generally cover all types of employment, but there are some jobs that fall between NOCs and some that just don´t seem to fit. In that case, you need to write a letter of explanation about why you chose the NOC that you did.

Hello,

My company's HR Department is refusing to provide me the job referral letter with the same format that IRCC requires for my CEC application (very large corporate so they apparently have to follow the corporation policies.)

I currently have an auto-generated letter with the headline of my company; my name, title, salary+bonus; signature of the HR partner. But again it is missing the address and job duties. I tried very hard to get this document and I have the proof of emails between HR and myself.

What are my options at this point?
Will my application get rejected because of this...
