yes, your processing is done. You should receive your portal email any day now.
As of April 12, Tracker shows,
Eligibility changed from In Progress to Completed
Background check still not started
Medical Exam changed from Completed to In Progress

Background check changed from 'we are processing your background check' to 'Your application is in progress'
Review of medical results changed to 'We are reviewing the results of your medical exam.'
Do anyone know why the Medical Exam changed from completed to in progress?
(I used the old medical done in 2021)

(I used the old medical done in 2021)but strike is not yet finalized. They have just voted for a strike. By the way, when was your eligibility completed? All stages completed as well?

Yes i had multiple times.
At last, i submitted with error. It was saying case officer may reject your photo.
But i went ahead and submitted.
Lets see , what happens
I just received my Portal 1! Faster than I expected.
AOR: Dec 22, more details in my signature.
