My application was returned as it was received after the quota was reached..CIC received my application on October 24, 2014.

Does anybody have a screenshot of CIC website saying-Total applications received towards the overall cap: 4,537 / 8,000?

If so, can you please send it to me?

What will you do with it mate?

I have one for August 12th and September 8th. 1747/8000 in August and 2794/8000 in September.

Hi

My application was received around September 21st, 2014. I think the applications received number was lower than 4000, but I haven't a screenshot.

I get my AOR on February 4th.

But yesterday February 6th I received a friend returned application. His application was received on October 21st, the letter was the same someone uploaded explaining the cap was reached, this letter is dated on January 28th.

So unfortunately the cap was reached at least on October 21st

Yesterday

Hello Guys

I applied for PR under CEC around 20 Dec 2014, and looks like the cap is reached so i would be expecting my application to be returned soon. I have more than 1 year of work exp as an IT help desk Analyst. I have a full time permanent job which is not supported by LMIA. My work permit expires on 29th August 2016. AINP processing time is 25 months. What should be the best way to get PR now. I guess i am in big trouble.

I will apply under both, AINP and EE, Just hope that EE draw score and AINP processing time, both goes down.

do you have LMIA? what 's your NOC code ?

I don't have an LMIA , but i expect that eventually the EE draw score will go down after giving ITA to all the candidates with lmia/pnp.I My score under CSR as of now is around 480. My NOC code is 2282
