Good call, all I need from you now is next week's lottery numbers.

Math is my forte, not astrology. :P

I think the same. All we have to see at what ratio would the score be dropped, if it goes down. So, that we can forcast an aproximate time as to when candidates below 600 would get lucky!
If by 866/1200 score, they dont have more than 800 ITAs( not even to mention who many will have successfully applied with 60 days and how many outta them would be complete).
I dont think its too long for the score to drop down

The score has dropped to 866. Its impossible to score between 600 - 750 approx. SO, they're left with no good choice.
Fact Check !! : -> Only 1200 successful LMIAS/LMOS issued in 2014.

I am positive people without LMIA/ nonimnations would receive invitations. It is just a matter of time I believe.
I mean if that was wasn't the case, then people without LMIA would simply just not be eligible for EE.

!. Why do you keep saying only 1200 issued in 2014? There were over 200K issued in 2012 and over 104K in the first 6 months of 2013 http://www.esdc.gc.ca/eng/jobs/foreign_workers/lmo_statistics/quarterly-lmo-prov.shtml

I know every body are not positive about the first draw of EE. People believe or not getting a positive LMIA is a nightmare. I went in that process, so I know why are all the difficulties. It has lot of process, includes cost for the company as well. So getting an LMIA is not that easy what every body are thinking unless CIC liberalize the rules on LMIA

@Jazz1991
Two of the applicants were in 'NOC:A' and The other one was in 'NOC:B'
All the applications after Oct 23 are being returned, NOC Category doesn't matter!

@All: Don't waste time thinking of OLD CEC-Quota thing now! EE is a good opportunity for CEC Applicants in 2015!
Just think on following:-
It took 6 months (May-Oct) for CIC to fill the Quota of 8000 in 2014! This year they have increased the Quota to 23000 applicants for CEC. Which is quite enough even if we consider Nov-Dec 2014 applicants to get in this one!

Important: Get yourself into the Pool ASAP. Otherwise the the situation may occur that the draw comes in and you haven't even created a Profile. Next Draw could be anytime now.

That's exactly what I did on Jan 1, but my score is quite low. I have only 334 points and even if my husband passs English we will get maybe 15 more. (he has 5 years of Canadian work experience but as self employed \so we cannot get any points fot that) I don't think I have a chance in any draw

Can you elaborate your Points distribution?

Age: 80
Language: 102 (no chance I will get more if I go for another test, maybe in couple of months but not now)
Education: 91 (No chance I will do another program in Canada - too expensive, no way I will do anything in my country - too long)
Canadian Work Ex: 35 (will Change in October - 2 yers)
Skill Transferability - Education: 26

No points for my husband

If that was possible, why not this?

Hi.... Is there a cap for those with job offer?

My application was returned as it was received after the quota was reached..CIC received my application on October 24, 2014.

Does anybody have a screenshot of CIC website saying-Total applications received towards the overall cap: 4,537 / 8,000?

If so, can you please send it to me?
