What is the mailing address to send passport to CPC-Ottawa?

Hi All,

Can someone tell how long it takes after the passport has been sent to CIC for visa stamp. I sent mine last week and have to travel in an emergency . Also if I have to request urgent processing which email ID do I send the request to?

You should give this a shot...

1. Send emergency details,,, what is emergency about and which country you're travelling and when?

2. Along with them, send you're iternary details, send all this to CPC-CTD email (i guess you might already know that email )

3. Also submit a 'Emergency Situation' request in Case Specific Enquiry Form

They have clearly specified below details before you complete Case Specific Enquiry Form

•You wish to report important changes, such as a change in address, births, deaths, marriages, divorces, adoptions, changes in employment or urgent requests. If you are reporting an address change, it will take 5 business days for it to be updated. During this time you should continue to monitor your current contact information.
•You wish to change or add a Representative and you are ready to upload your Use of Representative Form (IMM5476).
•You require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must: ◦provide proof of full payment that must show the date you paid, the amount you paid and how you paid.
◦provide proof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that must show the dates you are traveling, your personal information such as your full name, that you have a return ticket and your destination.

I'm jittery everytime my phone makes a noise, thinking its an email from cic.
and who even knows what hours these vo's are working, I received emails from them at random hours.
I cant wait to get my PR. I miss Canada so much. I pray to God this process will be over soon..

No, COPR should come directly after 3 - 7 business days from DM in your ecas ( it all depends where you live )

If they asked new pics, that's an amazing thing, as you're 99% sure you won't have to wait for a possible new pictures request while you wait your PR card ...

Hi,I called CIC today as we do not received any communication from CIC since Feb 28th after decision made(in ecas).
Agent told me that status in ecas is a good sign but there is no time frame for communication since decision made so we have to wait.

Did you email the receipt to them? If you did not, they have no way of knowing you paid it.
