I am silent follower of this thread. Glad to here people have moved on from thinking about getting MRs to getting PPRs.
I am an August 25th applicant, did MR and RRPF upfront. Recently got asked for my T4s and NOA. Whats up with that?

I have been asked the same documents it is just because the moment you applied CEC your 2015 T4 is not provided. Just send them the copy by mail (if they asked for original document), and keep your tracking number.

online status was changed to "Decision Made" in the morning, but have not received the PPR email

Hope this is not the mass fake email that came weeks ago.

Also , what is the next step that will occur ?

Yes I did. I received Medical request in June 2015 and I did them right away
