Just got my RPRF today,

Medicals received: Feb 14

When paying for my RPRF am I right in thinking the total should be $1040 for my spouse and I?

Hi Guys,

My application details:

Date: 15th August, 2014
AOR: 5th Dec
MR: Jan 14th
Medicals Done: 22nd Jan
Medicals received: 9th Feb

I had a question regarding paying upfront RPRF. After talking to few friends of mine yesterday I decided to pay the RPRF upfront. But I somehow paid the fee (for both myself and my wife) in the wrong area. I paid it in the application fee section. I paid 550 for my spouse and 490 for myself. That was because I read one of the posts from few months back which had the wrong options mentioned. Later I realized after reading few posts from today and yesterday that I paid it differently. I sent the receipt to the respective CIC email as well.

Can anyone tell me how to handle this situation? Anyone else has gone through a similar mistake and can guide me?

Thanks for your help guys. :(

Best,
Hanul

I'm after doing the same, what did you end up doing?

You wud have received an IMM 5401 receipt with a number . Try logging into ECAS with that number after 5-6 days. If its successful you are good and CIC would eventually refund you the excess amount. Also email them about the goof up .
