Congrats! I have similar timeline except that I waited for MR which I got back in April and was received by CIC at the end of April. Does anyone have an idea when they will start looking at Aug files that have already passed med since April?

August 25th applicant here. Just came back form my vacation and found medical request and a request for "Statutory Decalration of Severance orf common-law relationship in my mail box" dated January 29th

I got an email from CIC this morning (at 9.42 AM) with a subject line "Ready for VISA" and asking for passport. I'm wondering if anyone else got similar emails today. I just want to make sure this is not another mistake from CIC like they did last time (RPRF request for everyone) before sending my passport.

I am August 1st Applicant and i got medical request in last April (April 2015), i did my medicals and submitted on the same month, since then no update from CIC.. status is Medicals received, i don't understand what's going on? Any suggestions? Is anyone going through the same situation.. Sorry if it was discussed earlier.. i am not regular to this forum.Thanks in advance.

They definitely clearing all the left over Aug applic. but I am wondering why Sep 15 people are getting MR leaving first two weeks in SEP

There's August applicants getting PPR while there are still June/July applicants waiting too...I really don't think there's a formal pattern set for who gets what when

I called CIC today and I spoke to an agent (Maria). She was very nice and she said my eligibility is "in process". She used the standard sentence "we don't require any document from you at this point". She did not give any particular information (if it was under review, second review, etc).

When I questioned her about my eligibility and the fact that I have applied for a BOWP, she said that if the eligibility is "in process" they will refuse my BOWP. I tried to argue that being a 2014 applicant that might be different (only AoR would be enough), she was very emphatic to say that it was not the case: I would need eligibility passed in order to get a BOWP.

Just to add up to my stress level...
