Hey guys,
I am an Aug 28th applicant that did an upfront medical late last year. Mostly been a silent follower of the forum.
I spoke with a CIC agent today who said everything looks good with my application.
Also, she said that, although the 17 months processing time is up, i should allow a "4 month buffer period."

Anybody know what the protocol is and what said "4 months buffer period" is all about?

I think they might be referring to those 4 months period between the date of Application received and the date of AOR.
Or, the total 21 month processing time.. .

Medical done yesterday, in vancouver, BC. Everything went really well. PCC received and send today as well.

Waiting for RPRF now ... almost the end of the tunnel guys

just can't believe, back in 2009, it was taking only 4 months to get a P.R via CEC

CIC going random only, so wait for another week and call the agent to ask for status - as my colleagues applied on same date got MR and I did not received. you might get a wise response

Goalkb my ECAS is still not updated as i did upfront medical. N cal centre agent says now u gt PPR directly.... I paid rprf already
