CEC - August 2014 application

Mine still show the home address.

However earlier it used to show only the mailing address. But I believe after I requested a change of address they started showing the Home Address instead of the mailing address.

Also the form template changed. Earlier the Address and details used to be on the right hand side panel now it is on the left side.

P.S.- All these changes are months old, Nothing changed for a while now.

they do this to fake "update" or "the case is in moving" but actually there are piled up backlog, shame on them.

I honestly think they are not following any time lines. Some say its from the AOR date some say its the day they transferred the file somewhere else and ive also heard its 14 months from the date it says they started processing your application.. honestly none of it matters. regardless we have to wait for it so why is everyone panicking. just calm down. Im unemployed 15 months now living alone here and it doesn't get any worse than this. But complaining and cussing non stop doesn't make it okay or make them work faster. It just doesn't even feel good to be on this thread cuz its full of negative ppl. Please share your comments if you have anything positive and if you don't then stop panicking and sharing your negative thoughts and making everyones life difficult. You will get your MR when you do. If youre a religious person sit and pray it comes soon. If your not soo religious keep yourself busy with whatever it is you like to do and hope u get the PR.

The bottom line is everyones application is different and is not necessarily processed the same way or under the same timeline. if one person gets a MR request stop doubting it. if he did good for him. and hopefully well get it too.

what I think is someone is creating some garbage text in cantonese like *** university and stuff like that , and while removing that post programmers who maintain this canadavisa have accidentally deleted that one too ! !

there are so many OLD AND USELESS threads in this forum, YEARS OLD,,, and they happened to delete AUGUST 2014 one "ACCIDENTALLY".

Our thread must have come in the middle of those garbage threads. So while selectinf it couldve been selected by mistake .

Anyway i feel like we shud start getting medicals by the wnd of this month or starting next month. As acvording to their 14 month time line that starts after the file has started being processed which was nov19th for me. If my application will be completed by jan 2016 i shud start seeing some
Activity by end of this month. Lets hope!

but there is a reduction in processing times of work permits. At least we can hope that we will get our BOWPs processed within 4-month period, that they give us before we are eligible to apply.

Was your old work permit still valid? While u applied for a BOWP

My PGWP has not expired yet, but will be in 2-3 months. All this time I was worried about increasing processing times of BOWP.

But it seems to be decreasing over the last few weeks.

Ive read this its all mostly abt the fairness of express entry. Not much abt the backlog we are stuck in.

hmmm,,, but at least could help the new international students who come here with their high hopes... some of them are in their teens..

Yea i guess but really not my concern right now. i rather worry abt myself who is at the peak of his age sitting unemployed cuz of this system rather than a teen who has all the time in the world. Lol
