I hear you. The email is confusing , but having done this twice already I can bet my wager that if you send them the scanned original PCC. They will take another month to respond back to you saying that will need the original mailed to them as a "HARD COPY". Email will not be considered

I GOT RCMP REQUEST YESTERDAY
DO I NEED TO ORDER GCMS NOTES TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON OR SHOULD I HEAR SOMETHING GOOD FROM THEM .......

I have not received PCC request. but I was asked to send updated backgrounds form.

because its a PCC, I suggest you call 1-888-242-2100 and verify how would they like to receive it. id they need the originals mailed they will tell.

there is no harm to send them both by mail and email.

I have not heard anything from CIC ever ... August 18. No requests. I did my medical up front in summer last year.
I kept them up to date with my work situation whenever I changed something, and applied for a 2nd BOWP, nothing so far either. This is frustrating. I don't know what's going on or if I even might just receive my COPR without ever hearing from them.

I say send them the RCMP and wait a month then apply for the GCMS notes, hope you hear something through this period.

remember no news good news if you did Medical and paid RPRF upfront, then you will not hear from CIC unless they need any additional documents.

I understand this. But it also leaves me wondering if they work on my file at all... maybe request something in 6 months. :-X

I called the 2 weeks ago because of the BOWP. He said, the last file they received was in November, but I also sent them an update in December. I am from a visa exempt country.
