Well yes..but the point to note is that processing time for old cec applicants is updated quarterly.

I'm not sure any of it really makes a difference at this point. Not once have the processing times been valid.

CPC Ottawa just replied to my email that i had send on 21st January requesting for current status and this is their reply,

Dear XYZ,

Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization.

The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) is a popular program, and CIC received a high volume of CEC paper applications prior to the launch of Express Entry on January 1, 2015. These applications continue to be processed.

Processing time for people who applied to CEC is available on our website. This information is updated quarterly.

Please consult our website for posted processing times: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-ec.asp
We do not require any information from you at the present time. An officer will contact you if further information is required. Please ensure when submitting documents that they are still valid and will not expire within 6 months as this could delay your application.

We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep correspondence with our office to a minimum. In order to process requests efficiently, we will not be responding to duplicate requests.

I got the exact same email in November, it's a template email. Glad to see my tax dollars were put to good use.

I am an Aug 15 applicant - I received MR for my partner on the 21st but nothing for me, though I am the principal applicant. I emailed CIC on Friday but haven't heard anything back yet. Any suggestions? Should I just go ahead and do an upfront without the MR? Not sure if they make a mistake of sending out the MR for my partner..........

if you had done your Medical in last one year and informed CIC then you can send your partner MR only. Otherwise, Include your as well along with your partner.

Did you email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca? The same thing happened to another member here and they got a reply back from CIC.

Yes OR copies of current passport with a valid gov id.
Your passport no. is one of the IDs which uniquely identifies you on eMedical system.

Just got my online profile updated with the following lines:-

"We sent you correspondence on January 21, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as
possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all
information that is required."

I have not received any emails from CIC. My email address and contact details are correct with CIC
Anyone having similar updates
