I dont know about the VO but below is my status:

ITA: 18th March
Upfront Medical: 4th April
AOR: 21st April
Medical Passed: 13th May
Biometrics Request: 13th May
Biometrics Submitted: 14th May

No dependent, Single applicant

mine details
CEC inland Single applicant
ITA- 18 march 2021
AOR- 12 April 2021
Medical passed - 28 April 2021
Biometric- 29 April 2021

Called today to IRCC visa office is Sydney Nova Scotia and as per agent told file is in good proy, criminality in progress and eligibility and security not started yet
