CEC Applications who were cashed but returned before being issue AOR

My CEC application was received Oct 10/2014. NOC 5222 and 5254 as Skydiving videographer/Skydiving jumpsuit dressmaker. My credit card was charged Dec 31.
Haven't heard yet from CIC. I don't have T4 and Reference Letter as my employer never provided me. I reported him, but also submitted large supporting documentation about my position, pay checks, working experience etc. No AOR received so far.
Any idea was the cap reached related to the specific occupation, or to total cap?

what's mean OCt 20th ? send in Oct 20 , cashed in Oct 20 ? received in Oct 20 ? or AOR in Oct 20 .

So far as I checked online, I believe the date is RECEIVED, which means the Sydney Centralized office got your application package.

I suffered a terrible weekend because of the same question, since my application was delivered on Oct 1st, and my credit card was charged on Dec 18.

The key is when your application was delivered. If you sent it via courier, you can track it. If via regular mail, and the date was just around Oct 20, good luck for you.
