CEC applications received on '21st October' 2014

Hello ,
My file has reached CIO on 21st October , I have not received the file back yet. CC is NOT charged either.
I believe it might be on the way back, but I still have a little hope left in me. So I want to know if there is anyone who has their file returned for 'application received on 21st October 2014'.

As far as I know some people from November 2014 got their applications back so maybe you're lucky and will get AOR soon

a lot of people from 21st get application back...sorry...probably they are sending all applications from 20 OCt

My file was also received by CIO-Sydeny on October 21st 2014.
I haven't got my file back yet. My Bank Draft has also not been cashed.
Still have little hope .....
