how to contact ircc. i have been trying them over phone may times and it dint went through. is there is any specific time? Do they attend the call?

Yes they do attend calls. In fact my number was after 20 min., so they give you option of callback and yes they do call back. Call them around 8am your local time in Canada. The number is 1 (888) 242-2100. After hearing a lot of information you ll have to press 1,1,1,2 and follow from there. Keep UCI and appln number ready.

So all stages passed and after that they started reassessment of dependents? Are the dependents inland or outland?

I have the same aor but kinda scared to call and hear the same status as may 21st

Hello, I have received my first portal email. I did respond with the required information. One of the dependent is in India and he don't have a valid visa to travel. Did anyone has similar situation as me? If so do you know how it will work?

If you indicated that they are outside Canada, I guess there is an option to provide a separate email for IRCC to send them the necessary email for PPR

In my response email, I have included that he is outside Canada. My Kid and I are in Canada and spouse is in India. For me and my kid to get CoPR, does my spouse should also be in Canada?
