Dependent is in India and accompanying. He also got a separate PR portal mail. My AOR is Oct 16th. Eligibility passed on May 2nd and received first portal mail on June 2nd.

In my response email, I have included that he is outside Canada. My Kid and I are in Canada and spouse is in India. For me and my kid to get CoPR, does my spouse should also be in Canada?

Hello, I have received my first portal email. I did respond with the required information. One of the dependent is in India and he don't have a valid visa to travel. Did anyone has similar situation as me? If so do you know how it will work?
