I understood what i need to do and removed my query. I have replied to portal mail with same UCI for dependents which i provided in PR application( basically their visitor record UCI).

Hi… My AOR is 23rd and MEP is 21st. No updates or GU’s after that.
Criminality is in process for more than a week. Info sharing is also in process.
Called the agent yesterday. He said that everything looks good. Anyone here is in the same boat as me

Is all above same for you. My confusion is the mail did not come to my registered ID but to my company email, which I did not mention anywhere else

What do you mean by companys email. The company you work? Coz i called them last week and they said everything passed. Haven't got anything yet. So i was wondering if they sent it somewhere else.
