Order GCMS 2 times (March 03), sent many webforms

No reply for webforms, No GCMS received (both IRCC and CBSA), No updates in Account, trying to call IRCC from 2 days, always got disconnected due to high call volume.

Is IRCC ignoring me?:rolleyes:

my file is transferred to Etobicoke office. Any guesses usually how long they take to process further?

What we need to ask specifically to know where the file is.. or they will just tell if you ask status
 
I just called:
AOR Sept 14
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: Not Started

Agent told me that Security takes a while because of low capacity
So security will be done by different team I think? I thought once Eligibility is cleared senior officer will kickoff security process. Lot of things are changing it seems.

Some agents are very nice they inform us without asking with other statuses but if they don't then you can ask them about your VO and current file location.

When I logged in today, it showed Application updated instead of submitted. When I looked at the individual stages, I don't see any change.

This is the first GU I have noticed.

I had the same GU yesterday - Sept 18 AOR. I tried to call, but not able to connect
 
Let us hope this is a sign that our applications are progressing. I will probably wait for few more days before I call them.

My AOR is sep19th and I got GU 2 days back and I called them on same day. My Eligibility is passed from Recommended passed and Security is not started. So we need to wait till security is started or wait for second GU.
