Not really. For me they said Rec Passed in late Feb. I checked last week and was told is 'In Processing'. When I checked if that was a downgrade, she said it would still be 'In Processing' unless conclusively passed.

Hello guys, I have a basic question. What does Ghost Update mean? How do I check for a GU? I called up IRCC agent and got hold of the agent after a long wait and the agent did not tell me anything different from what I see when I login. How do you guys manage to get a detailed update? My conversation with agent went like this:
Agent: Good morning, this is IRCC how may I help you?
Me: Hi, I've applied for a PR and it has been more than 6 months, I would like to know a detailed status of my application.
Agent: What do you mean by detailed status?
Me: I mean, whether my background check is done, where my file is...
Agent: (After confirmation of details), Your file is in order, background check is still in progress, no need to worry. I cannot give you a estimate date. Thank you for calling
