Fot those who wants to call IRCC, I noticed that it's hard to get in touch with them as there so many people trying to call under TRV, WP, EE etc. so try to choose another option,
I normally choose
*Interest to sponsor * under caregiver program * then speak to an agent..i forgot what I normally dialed but i think it's 210. Regardless of the option you choose , you will still be connected to an agent and will go through personal verfication so it doesn't matter if you chose the wrong option in getting in touch with them.
Im under CEC EE , and yet never been questioned why i chose the wrong option whenever i speak with them.

Called the IRCC today - Details in my signature.
Eligibility has changed to in progress as per the agent and this changed on 5th February 2021, also file was last touched then. Security is still not started

It was not started when called them on 10th January 2021. The agent said the file was touched on 5th February and eligibility changed to in progress

Probably it might to Recommended passed, some officers wont say until its passed completely . I called them on last December and they said generic message like Eligibility is In progress but as per GCMS Eligibility is not started.

So my first time calling was not a very good experience lol the agent was very strict that calling does not differ from what I see on the portal and gave me no further details. I could sense that they are overwhelmed by the number of calls. I guess I'll just wait for my delayed GCMS notes to arrive.

CEC applicant inland | ITA 16th September 2020 | AOR 27th September 2020 | Medical passed 11th November 2020 | Biometric Pass - 11th November 2020 - updated same day on profile| Criminality - In progress since 25th November 2020 | Security - not started ( as per CIC agent) | Eligibility - not yet started | VO CPC - OTTAWA
My security is not started and one of police clearance certificate is already expired, not sure once they start the security will they ask again to submit updated police clearance certificate?

Didn't received call back from IRCC. Wait time was 36 mins from 10:40 am. Now almost 2 hours. No call back yet.

I got the call back really quick. It said 1 min wait time and they called me back in 15 mins
