• the subject’s name and date of birth
• the name and complete address of the photography studio
• the date the photograph was taken

Hey y'all!

Received eCOPR this week a huge relief, but now I'm wondering how long it's been taking people to get the physical card? I'd like to go see my family and am worried about when I'll be able to travel...

Here's my timeline:

AOR: 9/11
Biometrics given: 12/4
Landing email: 5/20
Email with portal access: 5/30
eCOPR: 6/1

Hello guys, I received approval on the portal on April 20 and it shows a COPR document status on it but I never received any follow-up email to upload or send in hard copy for photos and more information, so never received a letter in the portal for COPR (and of course no PR card submission). I have called the call center and they say to wait since someone from the Etobicoke office will send you more information. It's more than 6 weeks and I see people receiving the follow-up email(s) within few days.
Any ideas what should I do?

I got mine portal on May 27th, replied in May 28th. Got credentials portal yesterday morning, replied right away. Haven't received eCopr yet. Meanwhile my friend got her eCopr in < 24h it's so random
