I think it would be totally fine to start another job. You already have one-year Canadian work experience NOC B to be qualified under CEC, it does not matter what job you do in the future.anyone’s please,
work experience noc B full time from 7 April 2019 to 9 April 2020, laid off due to shortage of work now,
Can I start another job which is offered to me from 17 May 2020 ( different employer) noc C
will it affect my express entry profile now? I am going to apply by the end of May (got ITA on 1st May)
thanks
In my opinion, you will be alright and you don't need to have a LOE. As long as the proof of work experience that you claimed (letter for your company) clearly indicated that you worked 40 hours a week.i would really appreciate if someone can give me advice based on this post. thanks
you should say NO.I have also received ITA on May 1 under CEC. I have only been to two countries so far in my life - India (where I was born) and Canada (where I studied and work right now). I am single/never married. I have a confusion about a question in “Travel History” section.
It says:
Provide details of any trips you have taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.
You can tell us about each trip by filling in the fields below.
Check the list at the bottom of the form first to see information you have already saved.
• When you click "Save and Add", each trip will be saved to the list.
• The fields will go blank to let you add another trip.
• Use the modify or delete button if you want to change a trip that you have already saved to the list.
Have you, and if applicable, your family members taken any trips outside their country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since their 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.
Should I say it YES or No?
If yes, what should I add.
And one more question. Like I have some weeks in which I have worked less than 30hours mostly sick leaves. Will that be compensated by working a month on top of nov2019. Can i calculate those weeks in which I worked less than 30 hours?yes, you were qualified for CEC in Nov 2019.
you can count those weeks, however, you need to have some more weeks on top of Nov 2019 to compensate for whatever missing hours to make it 30 hours/week.And one more question. Ok I calculated it missing hours comes to be around 61 hours and I worked 2 months over it. So that should compensate it.you can count those weeks, however, you need to have some more weeks on top of Nov 2019 to compensate for whatever missing hours to make it 30 hours/week.
That's more than enough. Goodluck to us of all.Ok I calculated it missing hours comes to be around 61 hours and I worked 2 months over it. So that should compensate it.
If it has some tax slips or paystubs then yes mention it. You just have to tell them month not date in personal history.Hello,
I got my invitation recently.I hv a doubt about personal history.Do we need to fill even one day or two weeks of work I hv done ,even if I don’t remember the exact dates?
It would be no problem to mention it now under the personal history section.Hello everyone !!
I got ITA on May 1st 2020. In the express entry profile I did not mention my undergraduate degree. If I mention that in my PR application will it be an issue?
Also do I need to upload transcript that have been recently taken from University or an previous one will do ?
