Hi guys,

I called CIC today and agent told that no action is taken on my application yet. Application still in received status even though online account we are processing background check.

Is this normal process?

I received AOR on 10 January.

Its only been 13 days so nothing to panic about yet, normal time for MEP after AOR is around 15-30 days,

Hi All, I have created and submitted my EE profile on 18 Jan 2020 and my CRS is at 460.

I have met the eligibility under CEC. Would there be a chance for my file to be picked up in the coming days?

Unfortunately, I do not foresee the CRS cut off dropping that low.

no one can say for sure, but last 6-7 draws been consistently above 470 (except one was 469). Currently there is almost 19500 applicants with score 451-500 in draw. I would suggest try to improve your score while you waiting for invite

there are cases where people got PR in 2 months there is cases where it took 2 years, if everything goes right, 3-4 months is average timeline

I was requested for Biometrics straight after AOR. Is this normal ?

Last time it happened, CIC cancelled my application as incomplete because I uploaded wrong document in PCC. I had to new create new profile and wait for new ITA.
