Well same here, I have to travel during that time but my visa expires as well. So I guess if we travel we won't be able to return back unless BOWP is approved and we get a visa stamp from the country where we would be.

I have a question, if I travel during the time I have my valid WP and donot return back. Can I apply online for BOWP from my own country (before my current WP expires)?
No, have to be in Canada to be eligible for BOWP. I am currently back home, will be traveling so I can apply for BOWP.

2. Looks like due date of Document Issuance is past due. Should I call IRCC?
3. Also, the file was finally Approved on 9th Sep 2020 (per officer notes on page 235) - Not sure why it is taking more than one month to issue COPR (even in covid pace)

When filling in the form, you already add school name and DLI plus upload the diploma after that. I and other CEC members did that and our eligibility passed. If you want to make sure then upload both.
