can you tell me the dates when it says ready for approval and approved?

mine also same time line - AOR 23rd Aug however i haven't heard anything from IRCC since 27th Nov '20 and that's the date when i received my portal confirmation email.

AOR -23rd August 21 (PA- Inland , Spouse/Children's - Outland )
PR Portal Email - 27th Nov'20 (uploaded pic and in-Canada declaration)

nothing after that... have sent multiple webforms, called many times.. not sure... what the heck is happening ...

Thats weird, its so random that nothing can be predicted as applications are getting distributed among every VOs .

I would say email your dependents embassy location like Delhi embassy if your dependents are in India. Maybe it will trigger something.

after that nothing yesterday i contacted with mp by email his assistant replied me back its taking long tym bcz of huge num of application nd afganisdtn bla bla
