I have the same AOR. Last update on mine was Nov 19 - Reviewing additional Docs. After that nothing as well. Are you CEC?

they transferred my file from CPC-Ottawa to CPC- Edmonton on 7th Jan, 2022

According to IRCC agent and gcms notes all stages passed on 29 oct, 2021 and it says ready for approval after that its been almost 3 months no movement.

I raised 3 times, 2 this month and 1 last month
and even called them too many times
keep saying they don't know when i will get portal request.

I have to emergency travel to India at the end of march but they are not finalizing it.

My file also transferred from CPC-Ottawa to CPC-Edmonton.
As per gcms, all stages passed except security is not started.
Still waiting..

yes every alternate day following up with them with no response from them
