Same AoR 7th Feb., security not started as per call last week. No Gcms notes received 32 days now. Last and only GU was on March 17.

I got my GCMS notes last week. My secondary office is OSC Ottawa. My security has been assigned there which shows not started. The due date of my application was April 21. My last and only GU was on March 17 too.

Generally files should be deal with the primary office.

thanks, i assumed my LVO to be ottawa so the portal emails are sent at a different speed. Maybe because they approved so many applications?
@mstefan do you think your LVO could be ottawa as well and your friend received the portal from which office?

I'm in Burlington, ON, so I guess that my local VO will be Etobicoke...
My friend's primary VO was Etobicoke, but he received his portal email from Vancouver VO since it's where he lives.

I don't know how it works, but I guess that my primary VO (Montreal) is supposed to transfer everything to my local VO now...

Yes on the call i made on wednesday, the agent told me just waiting for the local office to send the portal email. I am pretty sure LVO can be different from primary. I am loosing patience smh... Also on my second GCMS note, my secondary VO changed to ottawa IRCC, so not sure if that meant something

Hi @eddieeeeeelyx ,
From your second GCMS notes, do you know the date when your Eligibility check was started? You can probably get the date from the NOTES section where officer would have added his comments about A11.2 (Eligibility).

It started on June 7th, and the case analyst made recommend pass on June 7th.
Reached officer on June 9th, and ADR is requested by the officer on the same day.
ADR request appeared in my account on June 10th, due date June 17th.
Submitted on June 17th, the officer reviewed on June 18th.
Application approved on June 18th

I can only see criminality and info sharing started on Feb 26th, info sharing completed on June 7th, and criminality passed on June 18th.

Thd case analyst mentioned "ready to finalize" - see below interpretation with the link.
I did not perceive any of the notes from the case analyst as a concern but when the officer reviewed my application on the 9th, they directly asked for 2 ADRs. from the comments of the officer on the 18th, it says "i have reviewed concerns of case analyst".

"At the first stage if there are concerns with a document or the case analyst or the program assistant wants the officer to have a careful review into a specific document then they will flag it with the message "Review Required". If the applicant has met the eligibility criteria, but a specific document needs further review from an officer then the GCMS notes will contain a message that the "applicant has met the eligibility", or “ready to finalize”. (Ready to finalize means that the assistant or analyst is recommending that the officer review the file before making a final decision) However, if there are concerns with eligibility then there will be a review required but there will be no message like “ready to finalize” or "pass". The message will specifically state that the job duties do not match, or the employment cannot be verified, or the number of years of work experience claimed cannot be verified. The final decision rests on the immigration officer. He may override the decision of the analyst / assistant or go with the analysis of the analyst / assistant. This is why eligibility is only passed when an officer conclusively marks the eligibility as "passed"."

I have seen people messaging their local MPP to get their Portal email after a long wait since all stages passed.
Thinking about if I should do that

I received it in June 29, 2021
Will expire in Feb 18, 2020
Surprisingly longer than I expected

Why does it have expiration date if you already validated the copr
