Oh wow! Can you tell me more? Like before getting COPR what was pending, what was started and completed?

Guys, one question. A lot of people mentioned that it's common for Montreal VO to leave many things not started ( eligibility, security and stuff ) and suddenly give COPR? Some people mentioned that until they got COPR their Eligibility, security and criminality weren't even started.

It's on the same thing since March, I called in March and I called in June. Same thing

Oh gotcha yes, I mentioned both of them in there, and in LOE explained them and mentioned they got approved with supporting docs. Apart from that, I lived in the US for one year, maybe the background check is taking time for me? this wait has made me so nervous :(

Does previous Visitor Visa refusal cause delays? I had one US visitor and one Canada student refusals but both were eventually approved with supporting documents my friends with Feb AOR had no refusals and got COPR last week
