I couldn't log in in my account for 2 days now. Do you folks have the same issue?

It can take 2-6 weeks for a response. If you have not received an auto acknowledgement, then resend the webform, you may have entered an incorrect email id.

@legalfalcon , I resubmitted a webform and upload my docs there, I am very sure that I input the right email address but somehow I still don't receive the auto acknowledgement, I am worried as the deadline for this ADR is Oct 14th, what should I do now? plus when I login my CIC account it still shows your action is required.

I’m having the same issue. I can only login when I try on an incognito window after clearing cookie and cache. But it’s still hard, I keep getting a “you’re not logged in” error

You can send a webform and see if IRCC can amend it. If you are in Canada and received the COPR, you will have to file for a formal amendment.

If you entered everything correctly, wait for a few days. There is no need to be concerned.

I have a question, I do not have GCMC notes although I applied for it on 20th September.

I uploaded another requested document within a month when they requested it in May I uploaded it in June. I see lots of people saying that the status changes but mine is still the same does that mean they have not even touched my additional document.

26 april Medical passed
22 jun bowp received as my permit was going to expire on 5 June applied 17 may.

since then no information
Background check processing
No documents need
No info about ghost update as I have a rep, so can’t login into my profile

but tried calling ircc from3 days it says can’t find ur application it is a glitch or gu no idea….

No update after that.
GCMS notes applied around 28 September.
Missed First call from VO 13 OCT. She called back after 1h.
13 oct around after 1h call got portal request.
13 Oct sent everything they asked.
14 OCT got 2‘ email with log in credentials.
14 OCT submitted everything.
Waiting for CoPR

Although on another note I also had applied for my update visa TRV after work permit, It 7 months and it just got approved lol.

I am a CEC applicant with 2 dependents….

There is an update… and I am a bit confused because I haven’t heard anything like before…

I got a document request… when I logged in I saw the request to upload additional documents…

in the request letter they have asked that if me and my 2 dependents are currently in Canada or not..

they want this information in a letter..

I wrote that We all are in Canada now.. providing my address and phone number..

Have anyone received any such request in the form of ADR?

it seems pretty uncommon to me…. Does anyone have any idea what is happening?
