The criminality is based on your PCCs and the biometrics you provide. The fingerprints that you provide are processed by RCMP and the result is provided to IRCC.

This is the RCMP result the note is referring to.

Unless you get a specific request to get your RCMP screening, you do not have to.

Thanks so much, my partner and I did RCMP proactively in May, so I uploaded through web form, thought it won't hurt to do so.
