Same day I called to agent and same reply was for me from them. My representative's email address is in my GC key account. I will call them today. may be they received email today?

I have representative as well. Normally, they send all information to my representative's email then he informed and forwarded it to me. But the confirmation portal they sent it directly to me and my wife. I'm not sure if my representative has recieved it as well. It's better to talk to agent for update if you are worried. Try to write down what you want to ask such as: What are left, has that step started or pending, what's the office processing ur application (this affects the time line imo since some said some office locations are slower)...the date which steps passed. Only security was left and was not started as per agent last week. Everything else was passed. My office is also same Ottawa and my AOR is 21st April.
That's looking great, you should get it very soon. Once eligibility passed, the security could delay a little but it wont take too long since you have the same Ottawa like mine. Last Wed I called and the agent told me that only security left but I did not ask if it has started yet at that moment or not. You will probably get the portal this or next week
Congratulations David. It is really odd that I haven't received the golden email yet. It has been over a month since the agent told me that it was just the security check that is left on my file. He also mentioned that the representative I use made mistake in his email address (which was corrected on the 23rd of June via webform, and still no feedback on whether they received it). For sending the portal email, can I also receive it or will it be my representative? Tried reaching IRCC again with no luck.That's looking great, you should get it very soon. I think they will send it directly into your email address. Like i have mentioned they sent all updates like medical exam passed and addition document required to my representative's email but the confirmation portal they sent directly to my email and my wife's email. im not sure whether my representative received or not. But in the letter CIC also mentions that the main application is the only one who makes the reply not the representative since this step replaces for in person interview before COVID. The security check length could vary from the office that process your application but that the very least worried step in the whole steps of PR application. Just be ready for your golden mail arrival

Additional document required (official marriage certificated): June 18.
Document sent: June 18 and recieved the confirming letter the same day.
Called to talk to agent about process: June 18: Everything had passed. background and eligiblity were left at that time.
Called to agent second time: July 14 and was told that everything had passed, only security was left.
Office: Ottawa.
I forgot to ask when was everything pass both 2 times.
Recieved the portal this morning at 8am.

I got it in Feb 13 and submitted my application on April 23. AOR recieved on April 24
