You mean my Job duties are ok but officer would raise questions when he or she look at my annual salary , but i want to let you know , in Ontario in GTA area the minimum wage under NOC1215 is $12 which is given in HRSDC website and when i applied at that time minimum wage was 10.25 so definitely my wage was higher , another point which can be in my favor is my education background , i did 3 years bachelors at back home and 2 certificate programs in Canada .Now what you think ?c2h5oh said:http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/ProfileQuickSearch.aspx?val1=1215
There is an overlap between the duties you've listed and the ones listed under that code. The real question is: if you were a supervisor - were you in charge of other people. With a salary near minimum wage you might have hard time convincing CIC it was the case. Meeting the other criteria (education, prior experience) would help a lot.
Yes, my education is relevant to my work and market rate of NOC 1215 in GTA area is Minimum $12 per hour and I applied on $12.......what you say ...c2h5oh said:If your education is relevant to the job and your salary is not significantly below market average you will be fine.
